Returns & exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of this product, returns are not accepted.

The Scalp Strength Oil is a personal care product. For reasons of hygiene, product safety and quality control, opened or handled products cannot be returned or resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, please:

• Send a clear photo of the damaged item
• Include your order number in your message

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used or tampered with.
