Scalp oiling: 2–3 times a week
Apply a small amount to the scalp and massage gently.
Lengths & ends: 2–3 times a week, or as needed
Use a few drops only to protect and seal the ends.
Pre-poo: Apply to scalp and lengths before washing, leave on for at least 30 minutes (or longer if preferred), then wash as usual.
